Before you raise a ticket, have you spoken to your manager as many queries can be dealt with locally?

Many queries raised on tickets can be dealt with at a local level by speaking with your manager e.g adjustments on live and future rosters including amending or cancelling annual leave, updating shift times etc.

Before raising a ticket please speak with your manager who in many cases can resolve your issue

For hours and posting changes  and subsequent annual leave entitlement recalculations you do not need to raise a ticket
The daily data ESR upload will pick up changes to hours, postings etc once the change form has been processed, usually within 2 weeks of submission.
The fortnightly Annual Leave entitlement  data upload will adjust annual leave and bank holiday entitlements in line with hours changes, terminations
