IMPORTANT
- The dates below are when the claims and forms are submitted for the monthly payroll submission to SBS for payment.
- Submission is made from noon of the date shown
- Claims and forms must be both SUBMITTED by the applicant and APPROVED by the budget holder by noon on the dates below to be included in that months payroll submission.
- We advise you submit claims and forms in good time to ensure that the budget holder has the time to approve by the submission date/time
- We cannot action claims that have not been approved even if they were submitted by the deadline
