Carry Over Policy 2024/25

Carry over and Buy Back of leave was a time limited initiative to reflect the pressures of Covid.  This initiative is not being repeated for the  23/24 leave year and Annual Leave Policy/Toolkit should be followed in resect of the management of Leave

Staff are normally expected to take a quarter of their leave entitlement during each quarter of their leave year

It is expected that all annual leave will be taken during the leave year in which it was accrued.

Any Carry Over requested must be due to special circumstances and requires GM/ADO/Director approval
