I need to do my colleague feedback, how do I do this?

To begin you will need to start a “new MSF” on allocate (under the e360 tab) and you will need to complete a self-assessment before being able to proceed with your nominations. 

To start the survey we require a minimum of 16 colleagues to be nominated, however you can nominate more if you wish to. 

Your nominations should be from a range of specialities that interact with you on a daily basis and should be an approximate 50/50 split between medical and non-medical colleagues from your whole scope of practice.
