HealthRoster Permission Request Form - Effective October 2025
As approved by the Director of Finance, management level permissions within the roster are now set within Banding boundaries for different authority levels.
As all requests are now made via the permission form this ticket will now be closed, your manager will be notified once the access has been set/updated
One of the September 25 Roster Audit recommendations is that
All staff with manager level access must attend roster training:-
Roster Manager and Bitesize training , or undertake the e-learning version and submit the end test, and ensure that they follow the Roster Manager Specification
(Roster Manager Specification Document) outlining the responsibilities for staff with manager level access.
Manager should also complete the managers competency skills audit. From 1 April 26 any new staff who have manager access set will need to complete the audit within 6 weeks or their access will be suspended until they have submitted the audit.

We also offer 1-1 clinics for Roster Managers after they have attended training to talk through any specific queries they may have - to register that you wish to attend a 1-1 session please complete a request form but please ensure you have attended training first as the sessions will cover everything that you need to know
