With regards to hierarchy changes, please be advised of the following:
1. The training compliance tracker is directly informed by information on ESR
2. The personal information on ESR is controlled / managed by a combination of the line managers / HR
3. Where people sit in the hierarchy on ESR is determined primarily by Finance in collaboration with HR not Education
4. To achieve change on ESR usually requires a change form via Selenity and requires Line manager and Budget Holder input.
5. The education team manage the education side of ESR, called OLM, not the wider ESR and therefore do not deal with the bhierarchies i.e. who is in what team.
Please raise a ticket for the ESR team via the helpdesk as this is not something the education team can help with
