Requests for Carry over to 24/25

Requests for Carry over to 24/25

Hi, thank you for your enquiry

An e-form has been sent to Budget Holders requesting carry over / extended holiday requests for the staff listed in their hierarchy.

Carry over requests for individuals will not be actioned outside of this e-form process unless it is for staff that have been on Long Term Sick Leave and have more hours than the 5 days balance remaining, if that is the case for your query please confirm and we will manually process the carry over.

Closing date for requests to be submitted is 12th April

If you are raising this query as you are having an issue with submitting carry over data on the e-form for one or more staff, usually due to the message 'does not meet criteria' please supply details of  the staff member it relates to and we will investigate.   For most staff this will be as they do not meet the minimum statutory requirement of taking 20 days annual leave, therefore we ask that you check if this is the case.  If they have taken the statutory minimum 20 days (pro rata) please confirm and we will investigate further for you.
