deferral is neutral act and does not affect a doctors clinical standing or
ability to practice. The submission would have been made by the RO to provide
you with more time to obtain evidence that would be required for
revalidation. An email would have been
sent advising you of the element of evidence required and the time frame of
the deferral. If you have been
