Locally Employed Doctor you do not have to complete a full medical appraisal
but rather a Developmental Review. This can be completed on any College Portfolio that you prefer to use or can be completed on a Developmental Review Template, which the Revalidation Team can provide you with. This is to be completed with your Educational Supervisor which you will need to arrange if not already done so, this can be face to face or virtual whichever is more suitable. If you do not know who your educational supervisor is please may contact with the Education team as they allocate the supervisors. |
