Access Guidance for the ESNEFT Pay System (EPS)
Common Issues:
• Username isn't recognised - please enter your 8 digit employee number or if this doesn't work try your first initial and surname (e.g. jsmith)
• Password reset email hasn't been received - please check your junk folders and check the ESNEFT email address recorded in your ESR record via self-service. If the email address is incorrect please raise a ticket with the ESR team to get this corrected before trying again.
• Verification has failed - you are required to enter your Date of Birth and Home postcode. Please ensure these match what is recorded in ESR. You can update your address via self service if this incorrect - EPS will update overnight and you can try logging in again the next day.
Please ensure you have followed the guidance and common issues above before raising a ticket.
