I have a second job in addition to my employment with the Trust. Do I need to declare it?

I have a second job in addition to my employment with the Trust. Do I need to declare it?

Staff should not engage in outside employment if it conflicts or is detrimental to their work with the Trust. Where a job other than the paid employment with ESNEFT is held there is a duty to inform the Workforce Department in writing giving the details and hours worked.  This includes private practice work.  Please refer to section 3.11 of the Standards of Business Conduct (Governance not HR Policy) for further information.
