You will shortly receive automated emails providing login details for ESR, LOOP and Selenity - these have been sent to your Trust email address.
It can take up to 10-15 minutes for the emails to appear (please check your junk inbox).
ESR (to view/download payslips, future P60s, Pension statements, update your personal details including your bank account details, training/learning etc)
Please be aware that the ESR Password Reset link is only active for 4 hours. Please refer to the guide attached on how to reset your password if you are unable to use the automated link that will follow.
LOOP
Allocate LOOP is the new employee interface with Health Roster. You can view your daily work schedule, Team schedules to see who you will be working with and also manage and request annual leave. You will receive an email to your Trust email address containing and username and password.
You can access Loop through your device app store by searching 'Allocate LOOP'
Alternatively you can use the desktop version https://web.loop.allocate-cloud.co.uk
You will need to register/sign in using a personal or Trust email address and password. You can also use your mobile number for quicker sign in. This will not be shared with anyone you connect with.
Please can you confirm your days and hours of work to enable us to update Health Roster.
Selenity (e-expenses system, to claim mileage, expenses etc)
The last two automated emails will be for Selenity. One of the emails will contain confirmation of your User ID, which will be the first eight characters of assignment number, and one containing a link in order to set up a password.
Note: Only click the link once otherwise the link will not work.
You may need to access Selenity via a different browser such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge, as Internet Explorer is no longer supported.
Logging in to E-Expenses & E-Forms online are both accessed via E-Expenses login: https://www.sel-expenses.com/shared/logon.aspx
To access the system for the first time:
1. Company ID: ESNEFT
2. Username: First 8 characters of your assignment number.
3. Select ‘Forgotten Details’
4. You will be prompted to enter your work email address and then need to click [Submit].

Your password will need to be set up in accordance with your organisation’s policy, however, as a minimum it must have: -
For subsequent logins to the system you can tick the ‘Remember Details’ box to retain your company ID and username and save to your favourites list. Once you have successfully set up your password and logged in, you will then be taken to the Home Page.
