HealthRoster updates for hours and posting changes and annual leave entitlements
For hours and posting changes and subsequent annual leave entitlement recalculations you do not need to raise a ticket
The daily ESRGO
upload (an automated overnight sync between ESR and HealthRoster) will pick up
new staff, terminated staff and also changes to hours and postings for all
staff once the change/leaver form has been processed in ESR, usually within 2
weeks of submission. Once the change has been made within ESR it will
show on the roster the following day.
The fortnightly
ESR to HealthRoster Annual Leave entitlement data upload will then pick up
any adjustments to annual leave and bank holiday entitlements in line with
hours changes, terminations etc.
Adjustments for
Bank Holiday Sickness will be made to entitlements in the month following the
Bank Holiday falling.
Please continue
