Please note that the roster finalisation date that managers are reminded of every month is an ABSOLUTE deadline to ensure that entries are submitted to payroll and ensure that all 13000 plus trust AfC Staff and Medics receive their correct pay . 

After this deadline for finalisation the roster team have a matter of hours to run all the checks and process the payroll file, there is no flexibility in the payroll timelines to keep adding numerous changes once the deadline has passed. 

The deadline for finalisation is usually at noon on the 2nd day of the month.

Please detail any entries that have been missed / amendments that require making and they will be processed by the roster team and any that require a payroll correction this will be made in the following months pay.
